HR Consultant / Compensation & Job Evaluation Consultant (Mid-Level)

Purpose of the Role

Support the Lead Consultant in undertaking job analysis, job evaluation, market benchmarking, data analysis, and development of the grading and compensation framework.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct departmental consultations and employee interviews.
Review existing job descriptions.
Collect and analyze job-related information.
Facilitate job analysis workshops.
Evaluate positions using the approved methodology.
Conduct market salary benchmarking.
Participate in organizational structure reviews.
Assist in development of grading structures.
Prepare analytical reports and draft recommendations.
Participate in presentations to management.
Support implementation planning.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Industrial Psychology, or related discipline.
Membership with IHRM and in good standing.
4–7 years’ experience in HR consulting.
Proven experience in job evaluation, salary surveys, and compensation analysis.
Experience participating in organizational restructuring assignments.
Strong analytical and report-writing skills.
