KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Receive, inspect, store, and issue goods in line with approved procedures.
  • Maintain accurate stock records and support stock taking and reconciliation. Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment.
  • Ensure proper storage, organization, and compliance with Food & Beverage control standards. Support efficient inventory management and documentation.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum 'O' Level Certificate.
  • Diploma in Purchasing & Supplies Management and/or Stores Management.
  • Basic Accounting knowledge will be an added advantage.
  • Minimum one (1) year experience in stores operations.
  • Knowledge of receiving, storage, issuing, and stock control procedures.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and inventory management systems (MC).
  • Basic understanding of Food & Beverage Control principles.
