KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Receive, inspect, store, and issue goods in line with approved procedures.
- Maintain accurate stock records and support stock taking and reconciliation. Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment.
- Ensure proper storage, organization, and compliance with Food & Beverage control standards. Support efficient inventory management and documentation.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Minimum 'O' Level Certificate.
- Diploma in Purchasing & Supplies Management and/or Stores Management.
- Basic Accounting knowledge will be an added advantage.
- Minimum one (1) year experience in stores operations.
- Knowledge of receiving, storage, issuing, and stock control procedures.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and inventory management systems (MC).
- Basic understanding of Food & Beverage Control principles.
