KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide safe and memorable game drive experiences to guests.
  • Share accurate knowledge on wildlife, conservation, and local culture.
  • Ensure guest safety, comfort, and exceptional service throughout excursions
  • Maintain the vehicle in good operational condition and report any mechanical concerns.
  • Deliver professional and engaging guest interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum 'O' Level Certificate
  • Professional training in Tour Guiding from a recognized institution.
  • Minimum two (2) years hands-on experience in tour guiding and guest handling.
  • Minimum Silver Medal in Tour Guiding.
  • Valid Driving Licence and TSV Licence.
  • First Aid knowledge will be an added advantage.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE SHOULD DEMONSTRATE:

  • Excellent communication and guest engagement skills
  • Positive attitude and passion for hospitality.
  • Strong knowledge of wildlife and conservation.
  • Physical fitness, energy, and ability to work in a dynamic environment.
  • Reliability, proactiveness, and ability to work as part of a team.
  • Must be 25 years and above.
