The consultant will provide technical leadership, manage relationships with government and private-sector stakeholders, lead regulatory diagnostics, and translate research findings into actionable multi-year advocacy frameworks.
Key Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Economics, Public Policy, Digital Governance, International Development, or a related field.
- 10–12 years of professional experience leading technology policy, digital economy, or private-sector development programmes in East Africa.
- Proven experience leading multidisciplinary, donor-funded research and advocacy projects.
- Strong networks across government ministries, tech hubs, private-sector coalitions, and venture funds in Kenya.
- Exceptional technical writing skills and experience producing high-level policy papers.
